Zingy Cape Gooseberries Mocktail
- 10-15 Cape Gooseberries
- 3 tbsp Sprig Gourmet Ginger imbued Honey
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Sprig Gourmet Golden Matcha
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes as required
- 1 or 2 Lemon slices for garnish
- Dissolve Sprig Gourmet Golden Matcha in 3-4 tablespoons of water.
- Blend the Cape Gooseberries, Lemon juice, Sprig Ginger imbued Honey and 1 cup water.
- Strain the mixture and add the remaining quantity of water, Sprig Golden Matcha and Lemon zest.
- Pour it in a glass and serve with ice cubes and lemon slices.
