Chocolate Shake
1 Tbsp. – Sprig Cocoa Extract
2 Cups - Chilled full-fat milk
¼ Cup - Sugar
10 ice-cubes
For the garnish 2 Tbsp. grated chocolate
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 4 individual glasses.
Serve immediately garnished with chocolate.
