Ingredients for Eggless Caramel Flan with Natural Bourbon Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients except sugar and whisk them together until no lumps found and turns into a smooth batter.
  • Heat a saucepan on a low medium flame and add sugar onto it and 1 tbsp of water and let it caramelize until sugar turns brown in color. Do stir the sugar at intervals so that it doesn’t burn
  • In a round baking mould, first quickly add hot caramelized sugar and spread it around the mould and then quickly add the batter to it.
  • In another large pan, add a glass of water and heat it on a high medium flame.
  • Add the mould in between the water, close the lid and let it bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Once cooled down, prick it with a blunt knife from sides, and plate it upside down. Enjoy it warm or chilled
