Pancakes With Cherry Ginger Compote



  • 6 phyllo sheets
  • ½ cup SPRIG salted caramel
  • 2 granny smith apples, sliced
  • ¼ cup crushed walnuts
  • Granulated sugar, to sprinkle


  • In a skillet, spread 3 phyllo sheets
  • Spread the caramel sauce on it.
  • Arrange apple slices on the top. Top with crushed walnuts
  • Cover with other 3 phyllo sheets. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
  • Bake at 200C for 30 minutes until it becomes golden brown
  • Serve with ice-cream
