Open Grilled Chicken Toast with Wasabi Aioli

INGREDIENTS:

For Serving 4-5 Open Toasts:

For Grilled Chicken:

  • 1 Chicken Breast – Sliced into strips
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder/ Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil/ Butter

For Toast:

  • SPRIG Wasabi Aioli
  • 5-6 Cherry Tomatoes/Regular Tomatoes – Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Onion – Thinly Sliced
  • Cheese Slices (Optional)
  • Crunchy Lettuce

 

DIRECTIONS:

For Grilled Chicken:

  • Marinade the chicken pieces with salt, oregano, lemon juice and red chilly powder/flakes for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, place the marinated chicken pieces and cook it done.
  • Remove from pan and keep aside.

 

For Toast:

  • Slice the bread in desired shape and spread butter on the slice.
  • Spread Sprig Wasabi Aioli and place cheese slice (optional), arrange the veggies and chicken to prepare the toasts.
  • Heat another Tawa/Pan and place the buttered side down until crisp and browned or bake it for 15 minutes.
  • Add some more SPRIG Wasabi Aioli before serving (as per preference)
  • Serve immediately and Enjoy!
