Lavender Iced White Tea
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 persons
- 1 tbsp spoon white tea
- 1 lemon
- 5 or 6 strawberries
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 drops of SPRIG Lavender extract
- Pour the water over the tea, and steep for 30-60 seconds if using white tea bags or 2-3 minutes if using loose-leaf white tea. Use a few leaves more, in order to make it a little bit stronger As it’s going to get diluted later on by addition of ice. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Wash and cut strawberries and lemon in thin slices.
- Pour tea into a pitcher, add fruits, honey, ice and lavender extract. Stir properly and enjoy!
