Kolkata Style Keema Guguni

Yield: Serves 2



  • Make a coarse paste of garlic, ginger and onion together
  • Heat the oil in a pan; add cinnamon and cardamom to it; add the above masala paste and fry at medium flame for two minutes
  • Add minced chicken and turmeric powder to it; mix well and keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame
  • Reduce the heat and add boiled peas; add Sprig Bhut Jolokia sauce, salt and mix well
  • Add cumin powder to it; add little water and cook for 5 to 7 minutes at medium flame.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
