Jalapeno Cheese Poppers

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

2 cup boiled, mashed potato
2 tablespoon Sprig Jalapeno sauce
2 pinches salt
2 cup refined oil
2 cup grated paneer
5 cubes cut into strips cheese cubes
1 teaspoon sugar

HOW IT’S DONE

MAKE THE DOUGH: Prepare the dough by mixing mashed boiled potatoes, paneer, Sprig Jalapeno sauce, salt and sugar together.

READY THE POPS: Make small balls and place cheese strips in the center. Then, take small portions of the dough and make small balls using your palms. Press it a little and place few cheese strips on it. Cover the cheese strips with another dough ball and seal it.

FRY & SERVE: Deep fry the cheese-stuffed balls until golden brown. Serve hot with a side of SPRIG Jalapeno Dip (mix the salsa sauce with green coriander chutney) or SPRIG Original Aiolis
