- Apple, Chopped
- Banana, Peeled and chopped
- Papaya, Chopped
- Water Melon, Chopped
- Pineapple, Chopped
- Sprig Sichuan Pepper & Sea Salt
- Sprig Sweet Paprika
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Black Salt
- Chaat Masala
- Lime juice
- Take all the diced fruits in a bowl and chill.
- Sprinkle Sprig Sichuan Pepper & Sea Salt, Sprig Sweet Paprika, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, lime juice and toss well.
- To make fruit chaat skewers, take a skewer and skewer the fruits in any order you like
- Transfer them to a bowl and serve them immediately.
