Fiery Pork Chops

  • 400 gm pork with fat and skin cut into cubes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 inch ginger (finely sliced)
  • 8 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 green chilli slit (slit and seedless)
  • 1 tbsp Bhut Jolokia Sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sprig Spinach Green Color


  • In a pan, heat oil, add curry leaves and let it sputter
  • Add finely sliced onion and fry till translucent
  • Add ginger and garlic, fry for a minute
  • Add pork cubes and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add 3 cups of water, salt and slow cook till it’s done
  • When all the water evaporates add Sprig Bhut Jolokia sauce, coriander paste and cumin powder to it
  • Add few drops of green color and green chilli slices to it
  • Mix well and cook at slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes and serve hot
