Eggless Mango Waffles


  1. Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
  2. Cornflour – 2 tsps
  3. Baking powder – 2 tsps
  4. Baking soda – a pinch
  5. Fresh cream – ¼ cup
  6. Curd – ¼ cup
  7. Honey 3 tsps
  8. Mango pulp – ¼ cup
  9. Melted Butter – 2 tablespoons
  10. Sprig Gourmet vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  11. Sprig Gourmet yellow colour – apprx 4-5 drops
  12. Warm Milk – 1 cup
  13. 1/2  cup melted butter for brushing waffle and waffle maker


  • Sift all dry ingredients together – Whole wheat flour, Cornflour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda.
  • Combine wet ingredients – Fresh cream, Curd,  Honey, Mango pulp, melted butter, and  Sprig Vanilla extract.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients little at a time and combine.
  • Add milk and give it a gentle stir to combine all ingredients together and get a medium consistency batter {not too thick or runny batter). Do not overmix the batter to get fluffy batter.
  • Add 4- 5 drops of Sprig yellow colour and combine well. 
  • Lightly brush butter on both sides of the preheated waffle maker. Add the batter and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes till they turn golden brown. Take out the waffles, lightly brush with butter and serve with Ice cream/fresh cream/honey/chocolate syrup and fruits of your choice.
