Drums of Heaven with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

  • Chicken lollipops: 8
  • Oil: 1 cup

For Batter/ coating

  • all purpose flour: 2 tbsp
  • chilli powder: 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce 2 tbspn
  • ginger teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
  • green chilli paste 2
  • spring onion: 1
  • corn flour: 4 tablespoon
  • eggs: 2
  • water as per the required consistency


  • Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl.
  • Add water slowly until a thick batter is obtained.
  • Drop in the lollipop and let it rest for around 30 mins.
  • Heat oil to smoking point and drop in the lollipops one by one.
  • Lower the flame and deep fry it until the lollipops turns golden brown.
  • Garnish it with spring onion
