STEP #1: Cook rice. Next, in a pan add ghee, meat & chili and sauté for 2 mins. Later add biryani masala paste & curd, sauté for 3 mins.
STEP #2: Add 2 cups of water for mutton & ½ cup for chicken & cook meat.
STEP #3: Arrange meat and rice in layers. Sprinkle saffron, kewra water, coriander & mint. Cook in dum for 12 mins. Serve hot.
