Chilli Mango Spicy Nectar

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ginger ale
  • 1 tsp lemon for juice
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp of SPRIG Mango Jalapeño sauce
  • 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 green chilly

Directions

  • Take one lemon and chop it into two halves
  • Run the cut lemon on the rim of the glass
  • Mix 1 tsp of red chilli powder and 1 tsp of salt in a plate
  • Dip the rim of the glass into the chilli powder and salt mix
  • In a bowl take 1 tsp of finely chopped coriander
  • Add 2 slices of  chopped pineapple
  • Add 2 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • Add 1 tsp of SPRIG Mango Jalapeño Sauce to the mix and stir it together
  • Add the mixed pineapple coriander sauce into the glass
  • Top off with 1 cup of ginger ale
  • Add a green chilli for garnish
