Chicken Salami Tortilla Roll-Ups

  • 2 pieces of tortilla
  • 6 slice chicken salami
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup carrot
  • 2 tbsp Sprig Genoa spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt


  • In a bowl mix cream, Genoa spice blend, grated carrot and salt.
  • In a pan heat oil and cook salami slices both side for 2 minutes each
  • Spread cream mixture on two tortillas
  • Place 3 slices of chicken salami on each tortilla and roll them tightly
  • Cover the roll with cling-wrap and refrigerate for 10 minute
  • Cut into small roll-ups and serve
