Baked Meatball Farfalle Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup minced meat keema
  • 2 cup cooked Farfalle
  • 6 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sprig Malacca
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup marinara Sauce

Directions

  • In a bowl mix minced meat, minced garlic, salt and finely chopped coriander
  • Add 1 tbsp Sprig Malacca spice to it
  • Marinate this for 30 minutes in freezer
  • Pre-heat Oven at 180 C for 10 minutes
  • Shape the mixture into small lemon sized balls, dip the balls in egg white and take them out
  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry them for 5 to 7 minutes till they are done
  • In a baking tin (6” or 7”) layer cooked Farfalle, marinara Sauce, 1 tbsp Sprig Malacca and meat-balls
  • Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
