What is Molé?
Molé is the national dish of Mexico. It is a Mexican hot chilli paste, made with four different kinds of chilies, nuts, cocoa and other Mexican spices. The sauce has a rich, complex and nutty taste that needs to be savoured. It is spicy, without being too intense and has just the right amount of cocoa that reminds you of chocolate without being overpoweringly sweet.
